Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays. Orders placed before 12pm NZT on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

 

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking details once it has been dispatched.

Free standard shipping is available on all New Zealand orders over $75. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary during peak periods, public holidays or due to weather events.

 

We currently ship to all addresses within New Zealand, including rural areas. Please note that rural deliveries may take 1–2 additional business days.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship primarily within New Zealand. International shipping availability, rates and timeframes will be updated here as we expand. Please check glassskinstudio.co.nz or contact us for the latest information.

 

For international orders where available: customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country's border authority. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number sent to your email once dispatched. Use this to monitor your delivery through our courier partner's website. If you haven't received your tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

 

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect or intercept parcels once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery — additional shipping charges may apply.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

     Check your tracking link for the latest delivery update

     Check with your local post office or courier depot in case a card was left

     Contact us at hello@glassskinstudio.co.nz if it's more than 5 business days overdue

 

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please note that once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, we are unable to take responsibility for it — in this case we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

 

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage (including the outer packaging). We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We can ship to PO Boxes and parcel lockers within New Zealand via NZ Post. Please ensure the address is entered correctly at checkout. Some courier services may not deliver to PO Boxes — if this applies, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.
